ATLA Is Fighting Insurance Companies!
Hurricane Katrina brought to our nation's attention disturbing insurance industry practices. For decades, insurance companies have used questionable tactics to delay and deny the payment of fair and just claims to policyholders in their time of greatest need, following a natural disaster.
ATLA has released a compelling new report, Pattern of Greed, which documents Big Insurance’s consistent practice of denying policyholders what they are due. They are also launching a petition, demanding that the industry clean up its act and pay fair and just claims without delay.
