Update on Healthsouth's appeal to the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. We attempted court appointed mediation to no avail, and the Court dismissed Healthsouth's appeal based upon lack of jurisdiction.

Jon and Stuart are joining the trend of firms getting involved in business litigation.
