We recently resolved a case involving an automobile accident, which was referred to us by another attorney, for $740,000.00. A short time ago, we also resolved a motor vehicle case for $350,000.00 where the medical subrogation was $36,000.00, and our firm recently reached a confidential settlement involving the drowning of a small child in a residential swimming pool.
We are currently handling eight cases involving tractor trailers where our clients were seriously injured or killed. Other cases of note are: three wrongful death cases involving industrial accidents, an insurance fraud claim against Allstate, two wrongful deaths from motor vehicle accidents, a wrongful death claim against a nursing home and a bad faith claim against ALFA.
Jon just won a hearing in a breach of contract/fraud claim against HealthSouth in Federal court where Healthsouth attempted to compel arbitration to a tribunal in London, England.
