Want To Ladle On The Stress?

If you want to be a little mischievous, and cause someone you know a little stress, try these:

  • The remote control stratagem: Find out when your friends' favorite TV program is on. Then call them seven minutes after it starts.
  • Husband your resources: When you ask a woman any question, suggest she check with her husband before answering. This is even more productive if you are a woman yourself.
  • Even in your sleep you can generate stress: Learn to snore.
  • It's quicker by tube: Squeeze the toothpaste tube from the middle. Never replace the cap.
  • Take Fizzical Exercise: Whenever you have the opportunity, shake up cans and bottles of fizzy drinks. Then leave them for someone else to open.
  • The waiting game: Always be late.
  • Friends: Choose friends you don't like.
  • Fan the Flames: Always join in other people's arguments. Try to get others to join in, too.

From the book, The Little Book of Stress - Calm is for wimps. Get real. Get Stressed. By Rohan Candappa.
